Cancellation Policy

At Kingstide Charters, we aim to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable experience. We understand that plans can change, and we’ve set clear cancellation guidelines for your convenience.

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled charter will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled charter will result in the loss of the 25% deposit, but the remaining amount will be refunded.

• Weather-related cancellations: If the captain determines that weather conditions, such as lightning or thunder, make it unsafe to proceed with the charter, the booking will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

• Deposits are non-refundable for any cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled charter.

Important Notes:

• The full balance must be paid before the charter date to confirm the booking.

• Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made via email or phone call to Kingstide Charters to be considered valid.
