Weather Policy

The safety of our guests is our top priority at Kingstide Charters. We monitor weather conditions closely to ensure that your experience is both enjoyable and safe.

In the event of inclement weather, including but not limited to lightning, thunder, or other severe conditions, the captain reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the charter for safety reasons. If a charter is canceled due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.

If weather conditions change during the charter, the captain may alter or terminate the trip early to ensure the safety of all passengers. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for the remaining time of the charter.

Please note that weather-related cancellations are made at the discretion of the captain. We encourage you to stay in contact with us before your charter to get updated weather information.
